The Family Tradition of Outstanding Sales and Customer Service Continues…

Clarksville, TN., July 29, 2008—Continuing the exceptional sales and customer service tradition on which this family-owned automotive group of dealerships was founded on in 1946, Wyatt-Johnson is winning awards and breaking records.

Wyatt-Johnson Mazda has recently been awarded the Mazda WINNERS CIRCLE Gold Cup Award which has been endorsed by the National Dealer Advisory Council. This honored certification is no easy accomplishment. Pages of qualifications must be met to be considered in this program, only some of which involve sales training knowledge, web-based training and implementation and image evaluation and first and foremost, customer service. District Service Manager of Mazda North American Operations, Mark Zielke shares, “It is my pleasure to present the Gold Cup Award to Wyatt-Johnson Mazda. Their hard work is evident since this is the only Gold Cup Award honored in their district.”

Dealerships that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to overall CARE (Customer’s Acquisition and Repair Experience) earn additional program recognitions and benefits. “We are very pleased with this award,” says Katherine Johnson Cannata, dealer and co-owner of the automotive dealership empire. “Our entire sales and service team are continually trained to serve our customers with the highest ethics and integrity.”

Additionally, in the month of June Wyatt-Johnson Mazda garnered the #9 position out of over 200 dealerships in the CARE score for customer satisfaction. They are also pleased to announce that Gary “Alex” Alexander’s sales achievement placed him as the #4 salesperson out of 719 competing Mazda salespeople across the United States. “The team we have amassed here at Wyatt-Johnson Mazda is clearly a very strong sales force,” General Manager Bill Powers shares. “These awards simply reflect the ideology that has always been primary to Wyatt-Johnson since its inception.”

For the most part, the sales teams of this dynasty have come to Wyatt-Johnson and stayed. Longevity and trust have built and made this organization the top dealership group in the greater Clarksville area. “At Wyatt-Johnson we have clients that have come from all 50 states, including Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii,” says Sidney Johnson, dealer co-owner. “We consider the people that come in here friends that we have built relationships with throughout the years.” “These awards are evidence of the mindset our father instilled in us, in which we will always uphold,” he concludes with a smile.
